Sally A. Anderson
Bangor - Sally A. Anderson, 78, of Bangor, Maine, passed away after a long illness on July 21, 2019. Sally was born on March 31, 1941, to Leo and Marion Davenport of Caribou.
She was a 1959 graduate of Caribou High School, she was also a CNA at the Caribou Nursing Home. She was a Majorette teacher and the creator and founder of three different strepperette groups known as The Caribou Stepperettes, North Star Stepperettes, and The Down East Stepperettes. She was also a great animal lover and had many pets throughout her life.
Sally is survived by sons, Roger J. Corrow Jr. (Joey) of Bangor, Jeffrey Davenport of Hampton, New Hampshire, and Ryan Anderson of Biddeford. She is also survived by her daughter, Jami S. Corrow of Connecticut. She was predeceased by her younger brother Leo J. Davenport Jr. (Jimmy). Sally will reunited with the Davenports at The Evergreen Cemetery in Caribou. At the request of the family there will be no public viewing. A small Christian burial service was held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Caribou Maine on Thursday, July 25th at 10:00 a.m.

So sorry to learn of Sally's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I have many fond memories of being with Sally and the Davenport family in the 1980's.
