Bangor - Robert S Paulette

Went to be with his lord surrounded by his loving family.
Son of Clement and Marjorie (Sutton) Paulette.
Bob and his 12 siblings grew up and attended school in Brewer. He proudly served his country with the Maine National Guards. He was a talented roller skater and enjoyed many evenings at the Brewer Roller Rink with his wife, Bunny. Bob painted cars for a living for many years and had a passion for painting his cars purple.
Bob, along with his wife owned the Castle of Costumes in Bangor.
He was an enthusiastic Boston Sports Fan and routed for any team that played against the Yankees. He was happiest when family gathered at his home to watch football, baseball, basketball or hockey.
He was always happy to host a BBQ, holiday or family dinner. Family and friends meant the world to him. Bob was a kind, polite and humorous man. He was also a great storyteller describing his younger years in vivid detail.

When Wayne, the kids and I came with Frank and Gloria (THE best in-laws ever!) to Bangor to meet Grandma Paulette and the rest of the Paulette family, I had no idea that the memories of our stay would be so vivid still after 40+ years. My deepest condolences to you Bunny, Frank, Donna, and Phil and all your special family. May your longhorns hang forever, and may Bobby be at peace.

So sorry to hear the passing of your husband and father. I will always remember how kind he was of a man to me. I enjoyed visiting with your family back in the day before I moved away. Thinking of you all during this difficult time.

Bob and our families spent many fun times together in Capehart when the kids were young. Bob was always willing to lend a helping hand like when he picked my son Jay up off Ohio St when he knocked himself out falling off his bike and delivered him home. RIP
