Your Dad was a "prince of a guy". He appeared every morning in his Air Guard "Blues" to pick up our Dad for work. (we either didn't have a car or it was being worked on at Cowan's) He gave me a ride to Brewer High School when I missed the bus (every other day :) and sang in the choir with our Mom.
My most poignant memory of all was when he accompanied Father Houlihan and my Father to Dexter, Maine to bury our parents 7th child who passed at only 5 days old. He took the day off from work to be there for our Dad. He was humble, loyal, devoted and kind. I will always picture him with that twinkling smile and sparkling eyes. Your Dad was a good, good man.
Sending all of you fondest memories o

Karen and Family,
Thinking of you all today and remembering your Dad!
If ever I ran into him around town or at the grocery store,
he always stopped, called me by name and asked how I was doing! A wonderful man and father who never forgot me after all these years! Thinking of you all at this most difficult time and remembering a most thoughtful husband and father to a most wonderful family!

sending my deepest sympathy to the Neill family. Bob was such a memory from my childhood as the neighborhood kids spent so much at their house. the last time i saw he and Mary Lou was at the time of my own mothers funeral and i told him my memory of when his mother and brother drove from Nebraska and surprised him. That and he taking home movies of his kids and anyone else in the yard. he was a very kind man and i will always remember him and Mary Lou with great fondness.
