My sincere condolences to the family.
I’ve known Phil since I was a little girl and he was a wonderful man. On one memorable occasion, he helped me capture my escaped donkey!
I appreciated how lovingly he always spoke of Beulah-60 years of marriage is amazing.
A wonderful man, he will be missed!

Thoughts & prayer with the entire family. Phil was indeed a great man. I had the privilege of being his neighbor growing up. He would do anything for anybody. He was my bus driver, clamming mentor, 4-H teacher, and I got to do the fair circuit with him, Leon, and the entire family. Many great memories. He will indeed be missed.
