Garland, Maine - Patricia (McCallion) Livingston, affectionately known as Patsy, a longtime resident of Garland, Maine, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026, at the age of 86, surrounded by family, following a courageous journey with dementia.

Born on March 10, 1939, Patsy was raised in Lawrence, Massachusetts, by her parents, James and Florence, both of whom predeceased her; alongside her sister, Kathleen, who also predeceased her; and her sister, Theresa, who survives her.

She met the love of her life, a sweet Italian boy, Woodrow Livingston, at the age of 16 years old. On December 14, 1957, the two wed and committed their lives to one another in the sacred presence of God. Married 68 years, Patsy and Woody shared a love that was unwavering and unconditional. In 1998, they moved to Garland, where they built their forever home - a place filled with countless cherished memories. Patsy lived a life rooted in faith, family and love. She found joy in spending time with her beloved husband, children and grandchildren. She was known for her humor, exceptional fashion sense and cooking that made everyone feel at home. Patsy loved spending time at the beach and dancing to her favorite music.

Patsy is survived by her husband and her 6 children, Patricia Livingston and her wife, Terry, of Belmont, Massachusetts, Woodrow Livingston Jr. and his wife, Jennifer, of Rochester, New York, Ann Goerke and her husband, Bernie, of Seabrook, New Hampshire, Kelly Lino and her husband, Billy, of East Falmouth, Massachusetts, Erin Greene and her husband, Arleigh, of Seabrook, New Hampshire, and Mac Livingston and his wife, Stacy, of Hampton Falls, New Hampshire. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren.

Those who knew Patsy will remember her as beautiful in every sense of the word. Though dementia affected her memory, it never diminished her radiance and gentle spirit. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is now held in God's eternal care.

Family and friends are invited to visit 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Lary Funeral Home, 62 Summer St., Dover-Foxcroft. A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 21, at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 64 Free St., Dexter. Spring burial will be at Greeley Cemetery in Garland.
