Glenburn - GLENBURN - Mark K. Gardiner, 62, of Glenburn, died unexpectedly May 28, 2014. He was born Jan. 12, 1952, in Bangor, son of Byron M. and Genevieve E. (Smith) Gardiner. Mark was a very dedicated father and grandfather, a loyal brother and neighbor, very giving, and always had a warm friendly greeting for everyone. He will be sadly missed. He is survived by his son Jonathan Gardiner and his partner Angela Barry of Glenburn; his grandson Colby; a sister Brenda Dorion of Winslow; an aunt Joan Gardiner of Bangor; a niece and several cousins. In 1995 Mark was gladly reunited with his biological mother, Carlene Hall, of Belfast, who also survives him. There were no services. Arrangements were by Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
