Hemet, California - Marjorie Doris (Gould) Bragg passed away on July 10, 2026, of old age in Hemet, CA. Born in Orono to Edythe and Lawrence Gould, Marjorie was a 1958 graduate of Orono High School.
Marjorie lived a beautifully full life characterized by travel and deep friendships. Her journeys took her from Maine to Alaska, including an unforgettable period homesteading in British Columbia, Canada. She worked a diverse array of jobs across North America, always finding contentment in nature, her love for animals, and her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lawrence; husband of 42 years, Wendell Elliot; and daughter, Donna Lee. Marjorie is survived by daughter, Beth Ann (Paul); daughter, Stephanie (Chuck); son, Donald (Kathy); and her many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Following cremation, a celebration of life party will be held in her memory - filled with good food, great music, and dancing, just as she requested.
