Charleston, Maine - Marion Adams Olmsted, 79, born Nov. 11, 1937, the daughter of Frederick and Sylvia Adams (Benner) died unexpectedly at home Feb. 25, 2017. She was a graduate of Cherryfield Academy and Husson College. She married Henry Olmsted June 6, 1962, raising three sons, William and Karen, of Charleston, Timothy and Rose of Portland and Daniel and Rhianna of Auburn. Grandchildren, Jonathon, Ashley, Ryan, Jennifer, Megan and Zachary. Great grandchildren, Leigh and Chael. She cherished her family and they her. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her twin sister, Carolyn Adams and step father, John Benner. She is also survived by her sister Elizabeth and Sherman Harrington and their children, Scott, Monica and Devin Harrington and Cindy Harrington. Being the avid sport fan, she enjoyed watching the Red Sox, Boston Celtics and the Patriots. She spent many hours on the sidelines or in the bleachers watching her boys and the grandchildren's sporting events over the years.
