Madawaska, Maine - Lorraine J. Nadeau, 92, passed away at a Presque Isle health care facility on March 29, 2025. She was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick, on March 18, 1933, daughter of the late Raoul and Phoebi (Jalbert) Picard.

Lorraine is survived by four children, Dr. John Nadeau and his wife, Ronda, of Woodland, Diane Charette and her husband, Dale, of Mapelton, Ann Babin and her husband, John, of St. Agatha, Janice Labrie and her husband, Duane, of St. Agatha; seven grandchildren, Travis Nadeau, Jamie Moody and her husband, Jeff, Kyle Labrie, Chad Daigle, Julia Nadeau, Carson Labrie and his fiancée, Emily Thibeault, and Paige Labrie; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Yvon Picard and his wife, Denise, of Edmundston; one sister-in-law, Sylvie Picard also of Edmundston; a special niece, Rose Michaud; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Nadeau; and two brothers, Roland and Real.
