Corinna - Lillian Robinson, 100, died December 4, 2018, at a Bangor nursing home. She was born June 18, 1918, in Exeter, a daughter of Clarence and Rosetta (Curtis) Robinson. She went through 9th grade at the South Exeter Grammar School. She worked as a weaver at Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna from 1943 to 1983.
She enjoyed fancy work such as tatting, and enjoyed her flowers and many lawn ornaments. Lillian enjoyed her numerous trips to the coast with her brother, Elmer. She also had fond memories of the four summers that she worked at the Bar Harbor residence of Mr. and Mrs. Gerard Hopkins.
She is survived by a daughter, Marjorie Robinson of Bangor; two nephews, Ralph and wife, Annie Robinson of Winterport and Kenneth Robinson of Dedham; four grand nieces; one grand nephew and three generations of great, great and great great great grand nieces and nephews. She had two wonderful roommates that cared for her, Sara and June.
Lillian was predeceased by brothers, Herbert, Fred, and Elmer; a sister, Leola; and niece, Betty Robinson.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 10, at Crosby & Neal Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna. Friends may call from noon until the time of services. Spring burial will be in the Exeter Center Cemetery. Those who wish may leave written condolences at
