Bangor, Maine - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin Quinn, born to the late Patrick and Kathleen Quinn of Winfield, NJ, on July 13, 1952. Kevin peacefully departed this world on Monday, March 4, 2024, at the age of 73, surrounded by his loved ones.

Kevin was the youngest of five children and is preceded in death by his brother, Rory and sister, Mary. Throughout his life, Kevin brought warmth, laughter, and unwavering love to those around him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Kevin's journey through life was marked by his passion for learning and his commitment to his family. He graduated from Kean University in Union, NJ, in 1980, a milestone that reflected his dedication to education and personal growth.

In his personal life, Kevin was blessed with two sons who meant the world to him. From his first marriage to Malvena Quinn, he had a son named Brian Patrick Quinn. Additionally, he cherished his relationship with his second son, Michael Carson, from another union.

In 2003, Kevin found love once again and embarked on a new chapter of his life when he remarried Bethany Quinn in a civil ceremony. Their union brought together a blended family, and Kevin embraced his role as a loving husband and stepfather to Bethany's three children.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated medical team at Eastern Maine Medical Center, whose tireless efforts and compassionate care provided comfort and support to Kevin during his final months. Their professionalism and kindness will always be remembered by the family.

Furthermore, they are deeply thankful to Father Kyle Doustou and Father Brad Morin of the Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord in Old Town, Maine, for offering Kevin pastoral care and spiritual guidance in his final months. Their presence brought solace and peace to Kevin during his time of need, offering him comfort and strength as he journeyed through his final days.

In the midst of their grief, the family finds comfort in the outpouring of love and support from friends, colleagues, and community members during this difficult time.
