Brewer, Maine - We are heartbroken to share the sudden passing of our mom, Kathleen "Kat" Jackson.

She loved Fields Pond, camping in Old Orchard, fishing, and decorating for all holidays, with Halloween being her favorite. Fall was her season, and she brought it to life by decorating the house, filling it with laughter, and creating traditions we'll carry with us. She was outgoing, funny, and full of personality. You always knew when she walked into a room - her laugh and energy were impossible to miss. She made people smile easily and was someone many leaned on for advice and guidance. She had a natural caregiving spirit and always made sure those around her were cared for.

She is survived by her siblings, Colleen, Chris, and Shawn.

A celebration of life will be held May 25 at 2 p.m. at 54 Broadway, Orono.

She will be missed more than words can say.
