Del, Sheila, Julianne, Joseph, Jordan, nieces, family & friends- I'm so very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a character & had some tough times, but he was very smart, loved his children & family very much & helped anyone who needed it. He had a good heart & was one of the best arborists in the state. He was strong, determined & fearless. I will never forget the fun times we had & the many long talks about continuing education & living a better life. I will always remember him & my heart goes out to his family & friends.
