Passadumkeag, Maine - Jonathan Frederick Hartford, age 42, died of a cardiac event at home on June 2, 2025. Jon was a loving husband to Shannon (Veino) Hartford, and a loving father to Austin Davis and Kayden Hartford. He was born to Joanne (Martin) and Frederick Hartford on January 28, 1983.
He is survived by his mother; and was predeceased by his father in October 2024. He leaves behind mother-in-law, Sherry Veino and significant other, Marco; and father-in-law, Joe Veino and significant other, Sarah.
Jon enjoyed time with family, carpentry, fishing, four-wheeling and most any outdoor activities.
He was a brother to Angela and Jason Helms, Robert and Amelia Hartford, Sarah (Hartford) Venio; and brother-in-law, Rob and Jobi Veino and Cory and Jane Veino. He leaves behind nephews and nieces, Brad, Brandon, Dominick, Jeremy, Macie and Kalli.
Jon wished for no formal services but rather a celebration of life that will be held at a later date.
