She met her husband Wilmont "Bill" Nason in 1968 and were married December 19, 1970. for the Yukon Public Schools for eight years and retired in October 2014. She was the nursery coordinator at Christ's Legacy Church, and was a spiritual woman involved in many church activities and was the true definition of a prayer warrior. Janet was a huge fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder, and she enjoyed spending time with her four grandchildren and watching them grow.

Bill, I am so sorry about Janet's passing. I am a little behind in reading obits and just saw this today, 3/11/2020. I think I knew Janet before you did as she was a good friend of my cousin Linda Dixon from Aroostook N.B. and of course I remember you from school. My thoughts are with you.
