Bradley, Maine - It is with great sadness to announce the recent passing of James Arthur Fogg. Jim passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026, in his sleep as the Lord called him home to be reunited with his wife and soul mate, Tammie, and sweet stepdaughter, Stephanie.
He is survived by his beloved parents, Donald and Juanita Fogg. He will be greatly missed by his sister, Sandra "Sandi" Manning, and her husband, Brian; and his brother, Ronald "Ron" Fogg and his wife, Margo. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews, as well as his great-nieces and great-nephews. He will also be greatly missed by Amber Poole, whom he loved like a daughter.
Jim was a Commuter City bus driver for more than 30 years, where he made dear friends with co-workers and riders. He also retired from the Air National Guard with more than 20 years of service. Jim was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Brewer. He enjoyed spending time with Amber and the rest of his family, cracking jokes and initiating squirt gun fights, and was known by the family as the "firecracker guy." He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 17, 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 61 State St., Brewer. Pastor Brad Walker will officiate the service. A reception will follow the service at the Calvary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Condolences may be expressed at SimpleCremationofMaine.com.
