Fort Kent, Maine - Irene Beaulieu-Sirois, 93, peacefully entered into Eternal Life on March 2, 2026, with her loving family at her side. She was born on October 30, 1932, in Fort Kent, a daughter of the late Fred and Mary (Soucy) Paradis.

Irene was a long-time nurses' aide at Northern Maine Medical Center. She loved cooking and caring for her growing family. Her love for her family, sense of humor and laughter will be greatly missed but never forgotten by those who loved her. During her younger years, Irene enjoyed playing cards or going out to dance the night away with her husband. She also adored staying out on her porch and watching the birds on her feeders. Irene was a long-time member of the Fort Kent Senior Citizens Club, the Ladies of Ste. Anne, and the Columbiettes.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Beaulieu and Judy Ivicek; a brother, Roger Paradis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, Irene was predeceased by her first husband, Elmer Beaulieu, in 1981; her second husband, Alfred "Ted" Sirois, in 2013; three children, James and Michael Beaulieu, and Norma Bolstridge; and four siblings, Edgar Paradis, Jeanne Ozga, Odile Ouellette, and Bob Paradis.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent. Relatives and friends may greet the family Thursday morning 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home, 14 E. Main St., Fort Kent. Spring burial will be in the parish cemetery.
