Hudson, Maine - George H. Stone, 84, the husband of Pamela (Rollins) Stone, died April 20, 2019 at a Bangor hospital. He was born March 10, 1935 in Corinth, the son of Luther and Emma (Bates) Stone. He had been an employee of B.L. Grant and Son as a heavy equipment operator for many years. George enjoyed going fishing and gardening.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a brother, Kelsey and a sister, Verna, all of Hudson. George was predeceased by a sister, Lucille Waite and a sister-in-law, Glennis Stone.
Friends may visit at the Hudson Baptist Church, Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 9:30 AM until service time at 10:30 AM with Rev. Garnett Chute officiating. Burial will be in the Hudson Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth, Maine.
