Allen, who died on Mar. 16, 2018, will be held at the Williams Cemetery, Bradford, at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2018, with Rev. Donald Booker officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family at the Bradford Community Center following the service for a time of refreshment and fellowship.
