New Gloucester, Maine - Garrett Russell Drew, 30, passed away early on August 25, 2018, as the result of a car accident in Oxford. Garrett was born in Portland on March 24, 1988.

Garrett was employed as a carpenter at Precision Siding. He loved hunting, fishing, auto racing, MMA, and motocross.

Garrett was predeceased by his Bampa, Homer Drew, and his half-brother, Parker. He is survived by his father, Gary Drew of Casco, and his mother, Marie Morse of Milo, and two sons, Hunter and Brady; also surviving are his brothers, Eric Drew, and Gary (DJ) Drew, and his sisters, Amber Clapp, and Meaghan Bubar; and grandparents, Debby Drew, Carol Boisse, and James Morse; as well as his girlfriend, Rebecca Taisey. Garrett had a special bond with Aunt Donna and Uncle Roy and Cousin Dillen, and is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of Garrett's life will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018, beginning at 1 p.m. at the American Legion, Route 11, in Naples, ME.
