Bangor, Maine - Frank C. Alley, 53, passed May 4, 2026, in Bangor. He was born November 22, 1972, in Ellsworth, the son of Robert W. Moon Sr. and Louise (Cowperthwaite) Alley.

Frank graduated from Lewiston High School in 1990, and worked several years for both Naval Air Station, Brunswick as a galley worker and later in customer service for U-Haul.

Surviving are his mother, Louise Alley of Bangor; his two daughters, Sierra Moon of Bangor and Cheyenne Moon of Carmel; his former wife, Heather Moon of West Paris; one brother, Robert Moon Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Frank was predeceased by his natural father, Robert Moon Sr.; his adoptive father, David Alley; his brother, Deven Moon; and by a nephew, Brett Moon. He will be remembered by special friends, Robert Leeman of Bangor and Betty Caldwell of Kentucky.

Family and friends may visit 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer. A graveside service and committal will take place immediately afterward at Woodbine Cemetery, Ellsworth.
