Dexter and Orneville, Maine - Eric M. Allen, born December 5, 1984, to Deborah Jacobs of Dexter and Thomas Decker of Lagrange, passed away on January 13, 2026, unexpectedly with his sister, Nichole Field and his nephew, Anthony Allen, by his side at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.

He is survived by his parents; his children, Alex and Lance (Deanna), and Eli (Kayce); his sisters, Nichole Field and her boyfriend, Gary, of Bangor, Alicia Conley of Brownville; brother, Tommy Decker of Southern Maine; his special nephew, Anthony P. Allen and wife, Hope (Haizel), of Brewer; and his nephew, Timmy Kimball and Olyvia Phillips. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Anthony J. Allen; his maternal grandmother, Earline Foss; stepgrandfather, Merton Foss; and an aunt, Donna Mitchell.

Graveside service is May 17, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Pittsfield Village Cemetery in Pittsfield. A celebration of life will follow at VFW Hall, 20 Cedar St., Dexter.
