Frankfort, Maine - Dorothy May (Aucoin) Havey passed away peacefully at Harbor Hill Nursing Care Center in Belfast, Maine, on February 10, 2026, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Winterport on April 22, 1938, the daughter of Beatrice and Joseph Aucoin, and the granddaughter of Winona D. Canty.
Dottie is survived by her husband of 72 years, Donald James Havey; her four daughters, Carolyn Civiello, Theresa Marden, Debra Wellman, and Sandra Merrifield; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren, with one more on the way.
She was loved dearly and will be missed by many. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
