Warren, Maine - D. Elaine Chandler, 75, passed away from complications of Parkinson's disease, on August 11, 2019 at the Sussman House in Rockport, with her family by her side. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. and a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church at Wiley's Corner, 15 Snows Pt. Rd, in St. George. Halls of Waldoboro has care of the arrangements.
