Hampden, Maine - Colby Charles Annis, age 9, passed away at home on October 29, 2025, in the loving arms of his Mimi, after a long battle that he bravely fought.

Colby was a brave young man who loved to travel and enjoyed life and adventures with his family. He was very curious and loved to learn.

Colby was survived by his Grumpy and Mimi, Douglas and Cindy Annis; his father, Douglas Annis Jr.; his brother, Presley Annis; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; dear friends, Nellie and Doug Gaudette, and Melissa Erickson; and travel buddy, Melissa Bell.

There will be a celebration of life at Discover Church, 270 Main Rd. N., Hampden, ME on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 4 p.m. with reception to follow.
