Jonesport - Christopher Colon Perry passed away in his sleep on May 16, 2017. He was born in Gouldsboro on June 6, 1978 to Steven F. and Marie (Wright) Perry. He graduated from Jonesport-Beals High School in 1996 and received a degree in welding from EMCC in Bangor. His true love was always lobster fishing and he enjoyed hauling from his boat, F/V Marie Elaine.
He is survived by his father, Steven Perry and step-mother, Catherine, of Jonesport and his mother, Marie Perry, and her partner, Kathryn Lind, of Clarmont, FL. He is also survived by his brother, James F. Perry, his wife, Ann, and their children Margaret, Mallory, and Malcolm of Gouldsboro; his sister, Rebekah Perry-Lind, of Clarmont, Fl; step-sister, Kelley, her husband, Chris Ahr, and their children Allanah, Micah, Jacy, and Asa: step-brother Kevin Hurwitz, his wife Tamara, and their children Adva and Ariella, all of Austin, TX: a special aunt and uncle, Kathy and Delbert Caler, of Harrington; and too many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends to list. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Forrest and Pauline Perry; maternal grandparents, Harold and Ethelyn Wright; step-brother, James Hurwitz,; and cousin, Forrest Caler.
A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Jonesport on June 10 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Phyllis Merritt officiating.
