Cecile R. Pelletier
Lincoln - Cecile Rebecca Pelletier died October 23, 2019 at home. The daughter of Ruth E. (Nelson) and Alexander E. Pelletier Sr., she was born February 23, 1942 in Portland, Maine. She grew up in Portland where her children were born and moved to Lincoln in 1978. Not content with a GED, she graduated from Mattanawcook Academy (1986) and from NMTI (Presque Isle, 1991), leading to her LPN license.
Cecile is survived by partner Dorothy A. Harding; brothers Edward (Nancy) Profenno, Sr. and Reginald (Nanette) Profenno, Sr.; children Henry John Jr. (Anne), Ginamarie (Gregory Currier), Timothy (Danell Libby), Nancyjean and Margaret Guiod and Effie Harding (Matthew Moody); 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and Harding in-laws.
She was predeceased by her parents, siblings Charles, Doris, Lillian, Nancy, Alec, Carmella and Gussie.
Cecile chose cremation with no immediate services. Donations may be made to Lincoln Regional Thrift Shop, American Legion Auxiliary or Lincoln Memorial Library. To honor Cecile's life, hug a child and regularly read to them so they "can go anywhere in the world".
