Bradford, Maine - Beverly Joyce Hanson, 87, passed away on July 16, 2018, at Eastern Maine Medical Center. She was born on January 18, 1931, in Old Town to Ernest and Hazel (Briggs) Wilson, but grew up in Bradford, where she raised her family.

It gives our family great solace knowing when Mom left this life, she was delivered into the loving arms of her daughter, Sonja, and her husband, Richard, who predeceased her. We have not only lost our matriarch but also the pride and support she had for all of us. Her memory will always remain when we see our special Christmas ornaments, the cards of celebration and constant consideration for all of us.

She leaves behind her children, Richard Hanson and his girlfriend, Linda, of Glenburn, Linda Rivera and her husband, Robert, of Bradford, and Errol Hanson and his wife, Beverly, also of Bradford. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jason, Jaime, Jennifer and Scott, Willie and Kirsten, Errol Paul and Ali, Kristopher and Cheryl, Erik and Brigette, and Ryan and Sara. She was blessed by great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Rebecca, Avery, Ross, Owen, Austin, Madison, Cody, Kai, Olivia, Alexandria, and Victoria.

We would also like to give a special thanks to Barbara Blanchard and Aunt Maxine Hanson. Their unwavering support and phone calls were a comfort that did much to enrich her life.

Family services and burial will be at the Williams Cemetery in Bradford. Arrangements are in care of Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth.
