Betty Lynn Kelly Leclerc Chase
The fifth child of Philip Kelly and Barbara Cray Kelly. She was born on December 29, 1954, in Limestone Maine. September 15, 2018, She lost her courageous fight with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, a rare, debilitating and painful disease.
She felt that she was a self made woman, facing diversity many times in her life but she always came out on top. She attended school in Limestone, Maine until 1972. She went on to graduate from Sunnymead California. She went on to be a CNA, a Sterile Room Technician before finding her forte as a Certified Surgical Technologist. She loved working in the O.R.
She loved her family with all her heart and soul. She is survived by her husband Michael Chase, they married December 28, 1985. They traveled the United States, Canada and Mexico. She felt he was her soulmate. She loved him unconditionally. The total joys of her life were her daughter Janel Blakely, son Jeffery Leclerc and her grandsons Dakota Jeunelot and D'Aryeus Blakely. Also surviving is her son-in-law John Blakely. Her beloved sisters and brother. Brenda McNeal, her husband Louis, Christina Kelly, Scott Kelly and his wife Monika, and sister in-law Vicky Kelly and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father Philip Kelly 1992, Mother Barbara Kelly 2012, Brother's David Kelly 2005, James Kelly 2000, niece Jill, Her very best friend Rosana Whitenight 2007.
Betty wanted everyone to know she loved them and ~See Ya!
Betty was put to rest May 31st, 2019 at the Holy Rosary Cemetery in Caribou, Maine.
