East Millinocket, Maine - Benjamin N. Boynton, 36, died unexpectedly on January 12, 2024, at his home. Ben was born August 9, 1987, in Lincoln, ME. He was the son of Ben Greene and Karen Boynton.

Ben is a decorated veteran of the United States Army. He had multiple deployments to the Middle East and other foreign countries. He enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles, loved music, playing the guitar, and was an avid gun enthusiast.

He is survived by his aunt and uncle, Julie and Richard Fiske, who raised him from the age of five after his mother's passing; a daughter who was the light of his life, Ryann Boynton, and her mother, Cassandra, of Union; he was happiest when he was with his daughter; his brother, Julian and his wife, Lyndsey Szabo, of Sinclair, and their children, Jakob, Zachary and Vayda; three sisters, Kristi Fiske of East Millinocket, Kathy Woodworth of Medway, and her son, Elliot, and Jaime and her husband, Darren McNeal, of East Millinocket, and their three children, Noah, Sam, and Grace. His family included many special people who loved him dearly; aunts and uncles, Terry and Duane Vigue, Charley and Elaine Boynton, and Jill and Mark Pelkey; his cousins, Adam and Aaron Vigue, Cori, Seth and Zach Boynton, Josh Pelkey, Kara McDunnah, and James Pelkey. He also had many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who were important in his life. Ben had a best-friend, Zechariah Jacobs, who he spent a lot of time with and considered him a brother. He was predeceased by his father, Ben Greene; and his mother, Karen Boynton; and grandparents, who he had a very special relationship with, Janet and Billy Boynton.

Friends may call from 10-11 on Saturday, Jan. 20, at Christ the Divine Mercy Parish St. Peter's Worship Site in East Millinocket, with a Mass of Christian burial being held at 11 a.m. with Father Dominic Savio.
