Madawaska - Auror Coltart, 89, passed away January 15, 2019, at a Madawaska health care facility. She was born in Madawaska on March 29, 1929, daughter of George and Lucy (Dufour) Pelletier also of Madawaska.
Her husband, Richard, a high school classmate with whom she shared 55 years of marriage was "the love of her life". As a mother and grandmother, she earned a bachelor's degree from University of Maine Fort Kent and taught elementary school for several years in Frenchville. Beside family, she enjoyed travel with her husband around the states and Canada in their motor home and going abroad visiting six continents.
She is survived by children, Richard Coltart and wife, Lynda of Bradley, Douglas Coltart and wife, Okcha of Copperas Cove, TX, and Darlene Coltart and her companion, David Wylie of Madawaska; seven grandchildren, Stacie, Sean, Aimee, Adam, Alex, Scott and Lola; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Freda Lacasse of Berlin, NH, and Jeannine Wharton of Madawaska; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard J. Coltart; son, David J. Coltart; brother, Armand ("Bea") Pelletier; sisters, Gisele Tie, Cecile Pelletier, and Sr. Velma Pelletier.
A celebration of life will be held later in the year.

She will be missed, remembering all the good times especially those of the card playing and watching their marriage and their obvious love for each other, praying they are reunited again. Sorry for your loss, it is the living who have the pain now, may your memories bring joy to all your hearts. May God bring you comfort.
