My deepest sympathy to family & friends of Annie....oh my gosh what a flood of memories I have. Annie & I were co-workers for many years at Phillips-Strickland House. What a joy Annie brought to us here at PSH. She made us laugh & just brightened up the house. She worked in Activities along side me for a few years and also in Nursing. Man this breaks my heart...hold tight all your memories of a kind hearted women that she was!

my love & prayers to all

I am so very sorry that you have lost your mother/grandmother. Annie was one very special lady. I became friends with her, when she moved into Miller Square as a tenant. We spent a lot of late evenings together, playing the "Hand And Foot" card games with Marcia Parsons and Diane Tozier before her health started to decline and could no longer do so. We had a lot of laughs and fun evenings. Her sense of humor was so enjoyable. I am truly going to miss her, dearly. I know that she is with her beloved husband and at peace at last. Singing and dancing with him, once again, in heaven. Keeping you 'all' in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless!

Annie has been my best friend since grammar school. We have laughed, cheered, danced, got married, had children and watched our husbands go before us. We’ve fought many battles, been through some rough times, had a Million laughs, and loved each other through it All. She’s been a good friend, hard worker, loved her family and taught me loyalty and friendship. Out trips to Florida are my favorite memories and I will miss her greatly. She’s in a better place, with her Lord, her husband, parents, and loved ones gone on before. I know she’s happy, breathing fine and dancing on streets of gold. Annie you’re the best my friend. You are and will be missed. To Kathy, Laurie, Rob and family..., I feel your loss. I mourn for us and celebrate with her. R I P my friend. Love youRead more

I share your sorrow in the loss of your Mom. She was a great lady. She shared her home and coffee pot with me many mornings, when I lived on the Hodgen Rd. We would laugh most of the time. Her good company and coffee never run out. She will be so missed by everyone who loved her and those that had the opportunity to meet her. Prayers for strength and faith during this time.
