Old Town, Maine - Andre Joseph Parent, 85, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2026, at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center with his family by his side. Andre was born in St. Zacharie, Quebec, to Phydime and Antoinette Parent.
He grew up in St. Zacharie and moved to Maine in his early 20s, where he worked as a logger. He made Maine his home for the rest of his life. It was there that he met his beloved wife of more than 30 years, Karen "Cookie" Parent. Andre was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.
