- William Milo Gacesa, 75, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 7, 2017. He was born in Beaver Falls, Pa., June 6, 1941, the son of Milo B. Gacesa and Elizabeth M. Gacesa.
William attended two years of business college to receive his Associate degree. He then enlisted in the Air Force as a cook.
Later he worked at Darling Auto Parts, then Bangor Rye Bakery.
William was a quiet man with a good heart, helping people in need. He took care of his mom before her passing in 2000. He then returned to Maine to help and live with his daughter, Lynn. He liked his trains and enjoyed his small dinosaur collection. He enjoyed gatherings with family and friends, and sitting in his recliner watching his game shows and movies.
William was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Ronny Gacesa.
He is survived by his daughter, Lynn A. Gacesa; brothers, Kenneth P. Gacesa and Jack Stewart.
William will be sadly missed by those who loved and knew him. May he rest in peace.
A small remembrance for William will be held on Saturday, May 13 from 3-5 p.m. at 11 Birch St., Bangor.
