BUCKSPORT - Timothy F. Levesque, 67, died after a lengthy illness on May 22, 2015 in Bangor. He was born December 21, 1947 in Bangor, Maine. The son of Noreen LaPointe and Norman Levesque.
Tim served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war. Tim served as a Sherrifs Deputy in Hancock County. Tim later worked for the Maine State Police as a Communications Officer. Tim was very active in the community he was a referee for Youth football, served as President of Bucksport Little League for many years. Tim enjoyed cooking and often catered public dinners.
Surviving him are his wife of nearly 44 years Helen Levesque of Bucksport. His sons Edmond Levesque of Jaffery,NH Troy Levesque and his wife Lisa of Milford, NH. Grandchildren; Andrew, Macey and Madison. Siblings; Suzanne Travis, Peter Levesque, Lisa Cafiero and John Levesque. As well as many nieces, nephews, brother and sister in-laws.
Tim was predeceased by his parents.
A remembrance of life ceremony will be held at the Bucksport Rod And Gun club on May 27, 2015 at 4pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Bucksport Little League would be appreciated.
