MILLINOCKET - Thomas H. Daniell, 77, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at a Bangor hospital. He was born August 4, 1937, in Waterbury, Connecticut, the son of Thomas and Myrtle (Newell) Daniell.
Tom was an avid outdoorsman, with a special appreciation for fishing with his brother, Bill. He enjoyed gardening and was known as a "jack-of-all-trades." Tom enjoyed going out to play Beano and loved to cook, working at several restaurants.
He is survived by three children, Kenny, Susan and Cheryl; two brothers, William "Billy" Daniell and Carl Dyer; four grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Tom will also be missed by his companion, Shirley Clark of Millinocket; and her daughter, Nancy. He was predeceased by his parents; a son, Tommy Daniell; three sisters, Betty McDonald, Janice Nadeau and Susan Dyer; and a brother, Ernest Dyer.
Friends are invited to visit with the family 12-1 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at the Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket, with funeral services beginning at 1 p.m. Spring interment will be at the Millinocket Cemetery.
