Romeo's Story

MILFORD - Romeo Joseph Dupuis 89 of Milford, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015 surrounded by his family. He went home to be with his Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Romeo was born in East Millinocket, ME November 29, 1925, the son of the late Ambrose and Euphime (Boudreau) Dupuis.

He was known for his kind heart and willingness to help others. He was at his happiest when he was surrounded by his family and friends. He enjoyed family gatherings; he loved playing horseshoes and bean bag games. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He enjoyed many years vacationing in Florida.

Romeo served his country honorable in the US Army during World War II.

He was predeceased by his late wife Antoinette (LeVassuer) Dupuis, his sisters; Mary Collins Spinney and Delma Parady and his two brothers Edgar and Lionel Dupuis.

He is survived by his wife Lois (Jenkins) Dupuis, two sisters Josephine LeBlanc and Juliette Paradis. His Children; Diane Smith and her husband Bill, Linda Jackson and her husband Gary, Timothy Dupuis and his wife Cindy, Donna Dupuis, Nancy England and her husband Ron, Daniel Dupuis and his wife Michelle. His step children; William Doyle, Deb Fowle and her husband Ron, Sue Burton and her husband Joe, as well as many grandchildren, step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

There will be no formal services; burial will be at the family plot, at St. Joseph Cemetery in Old Town.
