NEW BOSTON - Robert J. Therriault, 79, died July 4, 2015 following a period of declining health. Born in Old Town ME he has resided in New Boston for the past 45 years. He was the son of Joseph D. and Imelda Therriault. Bob had been employed for 25 years with St. Anslem College. He was a member of Brick Layers Union of Manchester, Knights of Columbus, the Air Force Reserve, and was a communicant of St. Lawrence Church. Bob will be remembered as a hardworking man whose greatest joy in life came from spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved taking rides with his wife along the N.H. and Maine coast.
He was predeceased by five brothers and 2 sisters.
Members of his family include his wife of 55 years Betty Ann (St Louis) Therriault. Four children Scott Therriault and wife Paula of Portsmouth R.I., Kathy Wilcott of Manchester, Lisa Belliveau and husband Paul of Hudson and Christine Elliott of Muncie, IN. Grandchildren Jeremy, Jessica and Andrew Therriault, Tiffany, and Charlene Gagne, Matthew Rasmussen, Christopher Neville, Rebekah and Hannah Belliveau, Hillary and Evan Rodenberger. Great grandchildren Jodice, Issaiah, Lilyanna, Jonathan, Carter, Skylynn, Jeremiah, Alexander, Gabriel, and Daniel. One brother Joseph Therriault and a sister Louise Charette. Many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at French and Rising Funeral Home 17 South Mast Street Goffstown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday 10:00 AM at St. Lawrence Church. Burial will be in Shirley Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Roberts name at www.cancer.org.
