EDDINGTON - Richard "Rick" S. Bryant, 57, passed away unexpectedly Friday, October 10, 2014. He was born July 31, 1957, son of the late Aubrey R. and Marion C. (Morash) Bryant.
Richard was raised in Bradley, and graduated from Old Town High School. He enjoyed the outdoors, country classics, and spending time with friends and family. Besides being a master carpenter, Richard had many talents including auto mechanics, dancing, and cooking. He enjoyed attending his grandchildren's games.
He is survived and will be sadly missed by his son, Jason Bryant and his girlfriend, Melissa of Bangor, daughter, Jessica Milligan and her husband, Jason of New Hampshire, daughter, Shauna Kilby of Bangor, grandchildren, Kaleb, Kaitlyn, Jada, Jacoby, Krista, Logan, and Justin; brother, Clarence Bryant and his wife, Linda of Old Town; sister, Pam Decker and her husband, John of Elmsdale, Nova Scotia; sister, Patricia Blanchard of Massachusetts; sister, Rowena Boyington and her husband, Camille of Moncton, New Brunswick; brother, Aubrey Bryant of Eddington; his girlfriend, Mary-Jo Burgess and her children; several nieces and nephews and many special friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Lloyd Bryant and sister, Charmaine Pelletier.
A Celebration of his life will be conducted 5 p.m. Saturday at the Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, ME 04468.
