ALTON - Regina Ruth (Ellis) Hamm, 86, died peacefully on December 31, 2014. She was born in Alton on October 7, 1928, daughter of Ray and Mildred (Packard) Ellis. Regina loved the outdoors, whether she was gardening, camping, fishing, hunting, or watching the birds. Her strong faith supported her throughout her life.
