TOPSFIELD - Rachel Mae Noyes, 75, died June 18, 2016 at EMMC due to complications from surgery. She was born August 31, 1940, the daughter of Linwood "Rach" and Vera McGaw of Topsfield.
Rachel dedicated her time to family, friends and her home in Topsfield. She enjoyed spending time at the family camp on East Musquash Lake. She also enjoyed square dancing, clogging, a good yard sale, cooking, black coffee and watching her grandkids do anything!
Rachel was a hard worker, she drove a school bus for the Topsfield school, worked for the Maine Forestry Service, and local convenience stores in the community. Rachel was a member of the Eastern Star as well.
Rachel was predeceased by her parents, Rach and Vera, her brother Dale McGaw, sister Donna Shaw, and in-laws Clyde and Lydia Noyes.
Rachel is survived by her husband of 54 years, Lloyd Noyes. Her daughter Terry and husband Jeff Cochran; 2 grandchildren Thomas and Taylor, all of Topsfield, special family Ashley Marble and daughter Brooklyn Cox of Louisville, Kentucky, her brother Elgin McGaw and family of Baileyville, brother in-law Richard A. Shaw and family of Bangor, Dale McGaw's family, her Lee cousins, Jay and Tammy McLellan and sons, and a great friend Helen Pettit.
A graveside service is to be held at 11 AM, Friday June 24, 2016 at Hunnewell Acres Cemetery, Topsfield.
