Pierre 'Pete''s Story

Windham - Pierre "Pete" George Morin passed on to our Lord on Sunday, July 7, 2017. He was the son of Marc and Francoise Morin (both deceased), and was born June 29, 1960, in Jackman, Maine. Peter truly loved family and friends, and was especially proud to be from a family of thirteen children.
He travelled the U.S. extensively in his youth, including cross-country treks. He had owned a fishing boat, The "Silver Bullet," and fished for urchin along the Maine Coast. He loved to garden and to take Kally's dog, Trigger, for long walks in the woods. He loved to keep in touch with his many family and friends with Facebook, and he loved the Boston Red Sox. He loved fishing and golf. Most of all, he loved helping others to make their lives better. He will be truly missed.
Peter was predeceased by his parents; and his beloved brother, Hubert "Hebe" "Herb" Morin. Peter leaves behind his wife, Kye Reen Paradise of Windham, CT; and his stepchildren, Jessup Wayne of Berwick, ME, Casten Wayne of Phenix City, AL, and Kally Wayne of Windham, CT. He also leaves behind eleven siblings, Danielle Morin Hale and Joe Bergeron of Jackman, ME, Max Morin of Jackman, ME, Francis and his wife, Patty, Morin of Hermon, ME, Louise Morin Smith of Bangor, ME, Jacques Morin of Augusta, ME, and Germany, Jacqueline Delallo of Bryant Pond, ME, Ronald Morin of Winslow, ME, Donald Morin of Bangor, ME, Christina and her husband, Bill Stone, of Scarborough, ME, Antoine and Lori Love Morin of Benton, ME, and Monique and her husband, Matt Schwartz, of Bangor, ME. He also leaves behind many loving nephews and nieces; his Paradise in-laws, and a multitude of friends.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held to honor Peter's life on August 20, 2017, at 10 a.m. at the Border Riders Club, in Jackman. Please come to share your fond memories with us.
