Phillis Elaine (Adams) White, 74, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Saturday, October 15, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Phillis was born on March 20, 1942, in Corinna, Maine, the daughter of Earl and Roxie (Estabrook) Adams. She spent 33 years married to the love of her life, the late Carroll F. White.
She was predeceased by her son, Kevin White. She is survived by her loving children, Kenny White and wife, Sandy, of Cambridge, Trudy Tyler of Cambridge, Lisa Lovely and husband, Gordon, of Parkman and Robert White of Cambridge; grandchildren, Gordon Lovely, Beckie Allard and husband, Henry, Nickie Tyler and significant other, Will Edgerly, Tiffany and Terry Tyler, Bachi Gugushvili, Cody White and significant other, Brooke Morrill, Jarrod and Katelynn White; great-grandchildren, Joshua and John (Lovely), Bradley and Rylee Allard; sister, Glennis Hutchinson of Corinth; brothers, Danny Adams and wife, Dodie, of Garland, Rodney Adams and wife, Jessie, of Corinth and Roland Adams and wife, Betty, of Corinth; as well as many very special in-laws, nieces, nephews; and former son-in-law, Terry Tyler.
Phillis spent 20 years working at Guilford Industries. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family sharing stories around a campfire, fishing, camping and snowmobiling. She will be loved and missed by all.
A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Dexter, on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at 11 a.m. A reception to follow at Kenny and Sandy White's residence at 199 Bailey Rd., Cambridge. Family and friends are invited to share special memories of Phillis.
