Peyton's Story

BUCKSPORT - Peyton David Webster, 23, is resting with the Lord. He passed unexpectedly in a motor vehicle accident on December 20, 2015. He was born on November 3, 1992.

Peyton owned a successful oyster farm he shared with his Dad that brought him immense happiness. He loved working outdoors on the beautiful Bagaduce River.

Peyton enjoyed fishing, camping, the outdoors, particularly Baxter State Park, where he spent time with his parents, sister, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Peyton's love and laughter was infectious and blessed all those who were fortunate enough to have known him. He was very compassionate and loved children, and always lent a hand to anyone in need.

Peyton is survived by his parents Tiffany and David Webster of Bucksport; sister, Lucy Webster of Atlanta, Georgia; grandparents Robert and Betty Thurston of Penobscot, and Flora Towers of Ellsworth; aunts, Tracy Thurston of Surry, Tenley Mossing of Swanville, Lorre Ames of Orland; uncle Eric Webster of Huntsville, Alabama; cousins, Brendan Carrier, Christy Pugsley, Kaitlyn Murphy, Leah Billings, Will Mossing, and Robert Carmichael.

He is predeceased by his grandfather, Arthur Webster, and aunt, Tamara Thurston.

Peyton's parents and sister loved him deeply with all of their hearts, and will forever miss his hugs.

Please join Peyton's family for visiting hours at Mitchell Tweedie Funeral Home at 28 Elm Street in Bucksport on Monday, December 28, from 5:00-7:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Elm Street Congregational Church on Tuesday, December 29, at 5:30 PM.
