Pauline's Story

NEW BRITAIN, CONN. AND BREWER - Pauline Jurczyk, 93, wife of the late Stanley Jurczyk, passed away peacefully April 6, 2016. She was born March 19, 1923 in New Britain, Ct., daughter of Jessie and Alexander Adachowski.

Pauline was a retiree of the Stanley Tools division of Stanley Works and enjoyed traveling and cruises with her husband Stanley and their very close friends.

In addition to her parents, Pauline was predeceased by her husband, Stanley and her brother Frank. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Packard and husband Ira; her son, Dennis Jurczyk and wife Sharon; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Michael Packard and wife Lana, Lisa Irczyk and husband Corey, Rebecca Jurczyk, and Robin Lamoureux and husband Jon; great grandchildren, Sevy, Skilar, Taylor and Travis; and sister, Theresa Gagliardi; her sister in law, Frances Butler and husband Robert.

The family would like to thank the staff at Brewer Center for Rehab for their great care and to Beacon Hospice for their assistance.

Friends may call Tuesday April 12, 2016 from 4 - 7 PM at the New Britain Memorial Funeral Home, Farmington Ave., New Britain, Ct. Mass will be held Wednesday April 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Holy Cross Church, Farmington Ave., New Britain, Ct. with burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or The Connecticut Humane Society.
