HARMONY - Patrick L. F. Currier, 40, died February 23, 2015, at his home in Chester, CT. He was born November 17, 1974, in Bangor, Maine, the son of Patrick and Valerie (McKenzie) Currier.
He graduated from Dexter High School class of 1993. After moving to CT, he worked for Aerocision, LLC in Chester, CT, as the EDM department supervisor for 16 years. He was a very positive person and loved people, especially his family; both his natural family in Maine and his "adopted" family in CT.
He enjoyed 4-wheeling, hunting, fishing, and collecting antique tractors. He was also an avid Red Sox, Falcons, and Bruins fan.
He is survived by his mother, Valerie McKenzie of Harmony; a sister, Brandi Currier of Brewer; a half-sister, Payge Currier of FL; maternal grandmother, Elaine McKenzie of Sangerville; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family is comforted knowing that Pat is at home with his Lord and Savior.
A memorial service will be held 4 PM, Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at the First Baptist Church in Harmony, with Pastor Henry Thibodeax officiating. Friends may call from 3 PM until the time of the service. There will be a gathering in the fellowship Hall following the service. A service in CT will be announced at a later date. Spring burial will be in the North Road Cemetery in Harmony.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to fund a scholarship to Fair Haven Camp may be left at any of the branches of the Maine Highlands Federal Credit Union.
