- Pamela A. Tweedie (Malo), 61, passed away unexpectedly January 1, 2017, at EMMC in Bangor, ME, with her family by her side. Pam was born on November 26, 1955, in Long Beach, California. Pam was a 1974 graduate of Berlin Sr. High in Berlin, NH. She attended NHVTC and UNH in NH. Pam worked in sales, traveling all over New England for many years. In recent years, Pam worked in the healthcare field.
Pam is survived by her father and step-mother, Chet and Sylvia Tweedie of Bucksport, ME; her sister, Linda T. Wight of Orland, ME; her niece, Randi Shibles and husband Waylon of Winterport, ME; her niece, Riley S. Chase of Fairfield, ME; her nephew, Dylan Wight of Orland; her 2 great-nieces Maci Chase and Hadley Shibles; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pam was predeceased by her husband, Paul Malo in April, 2016, and her mother, Theresa G. Tweedie in December, 1997.
Pam loved spending time outdoors: camping, boating, skiing, swimming and going for rides to wherever! Pam's health limited her activities in recent years, but she loved family get-togethers. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home in Bucksport on Friday, January 6, 2017. Following the service all are invited to the home of Pam's sister, Linda, in Orland, ME, for refreshments and conversation.
