Normand's Story

WINN - Normand J. Voisine, 80, husband of Lucille Spaulding, died March 22, 2016 at his home. He was born January 21, 1936, in St. Agatha, the son of Donat and Ernestine (Saucier) Voisine.

Normand was a US Army veteran. He enjoyed karaoke, music jams and dancing. He also enjoyed fiddleheading and was a NASCAR fan. Normand liked talking politics and visiting with friends. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Lucille, he is survived by three children, Steven Voisine and Mari, Kim Wilkins and Dan and Peggy Shatney and Ken; three step-children, Sharon Libby and Walter, Kenneth Spaulding, and Kathy Theriault and Richard; five grandchildren, Cody, Kendall and Austin Wilkins and Nathan and Jenessa Voisine; many siblings; numerous step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; three step great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Mark Paul Voisine; two sisters and two brothers.

Friends may visit with his family from 7-9 pm Friday, March 25, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 4 pm Saturday, with the Rev Steve Waite officiating.
