LIMESTONE - Lucy J. Beaulieu, 101, passed away in her sleep Monday night September 28, 2015 at the Caribou Rehab and Nursing Home. She was born March 9, 1914 in Drummond, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of Joseph and Jane (LaBell) Johndro.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a life-long Communicant of St. Louis Catholic Church, and a member of the Ladies of St. Anne in Limestone for 65 years. Lucy enjoyed playing cards, word search, bingo and scratching lottery cards, cooking, and gardening.
She is survived by four sons, Florent and his companion Carolyn, Raymond and his wife Marilyn, Peter and his wife Jeri, Paul and his wife Doreen all of Limestone, four daughters, Beatrice Beaulieu of Alamogordo, New Mexico, Frances Puzzo and her husband Concetto of Rocky Hill, CT, Velma Labbe and her husband Oneal of Limestone, Patricia Beaulieu and her fiancé James Gordan of Yarmouth, 21 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren. Lucy was predeceased by the love of her life of 67 years, Lazare J. Beaulieu.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10AM Friday Oct. 2, 2015 at St. Louis Catholic Church, Parish of the Precious Blood with Rev. Alexander Marie Doss officiating. Friends may call 6-8 PM Thursday at Lancaster Morgan Funeral Home, 11 Clover Street, Caribou. Interment will be at St. Louis Cemetery, Limestone.
