MILFORD - Larry S. Robbins, 64, passed away peacefully November 25, 2014 at a Bangor hospital with his wife by his side. He was born April 30, 1950 in Malden, MA a son of Stanley and Pauline (Fleet) Robbins.
Larry proudly served his country during Viet Nam as a member of the US Navy. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He was a welder by trade and owned and operated many small businesses over the years and including Highway Service in Milford. Larry was a colorful individual and enjoyed restoring antique vehicles. He was an avid Nascar fan and named his constant feline companion Nascat.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Zeny, sister, Donna Ulmer of TN, sisters-in-law, Aurora Panak of PA, Adela Leek of CA, niece, Wendy Beavers of TN, and lifelong friend, Jay Shorette of Milford; close friend, Alice Harrington of Milford. He was predeceased by a daughter, Polly, his parents, Stanley and Pauline, mother-and father-in-law, Caridad and Leoncio Dino.
